What colors are available?
We stock all major Philippine school colours year-round — Ateneo Blue, La Salle Green, Xavier Blue & Gold, ICA Blue, WoodRose Red & Gold, SouthRidge Navy, Classic Navy, Midnight Navy, Clean White, Classic Red, Sky Blue, Forest Green, Hot Pink, and Muted Gold. Additional colours may be available — DM us to confirm.
Do you support Chinese character names?
Yes! The Medium Name Tag Keychain supports Chinese character engraving. Currently available for Xavier, ICA, and CISM families. Just share the exact characters in your DM and we'll confirm the layout before printing.
Can I order for both kids at the same time?
Absolutely! Just include both names and their respective products in your DM. We'll handle each one separately and deliver them together in the same shipment.
What if there's a typo in the name?
That's exactly why we confirm every spelling with you before production begins. No changes can be made after printing, but we make sure we get it right before we start. If a name looks unusual, we'll check with you first.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for individual orders. Bulk discounts start from 10 pieces — see our bulk pricing on the Products page.
How long does production take?
3–5 business days for most orders. Bulk orders (10+ pieces) may take longer depending on quantity — DM us with your order size and event date for a timeline.
What if I need a rush order?
Standard production is 3–5 business days. For urgent requests, DM us with your deadline and we'll let you know what's possible. For bulk event orders, we recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks in advance.
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes — we ship nationwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by region. Include your full delivery address in your DM and we'll quote the exact shipping fee.
